Comfort in the room, buffet breakfast Hotel ambience

The reception guy didnt give rooms together despite informing at the time of booking and also gave different grade rooms despite paying the same for both rooms. At night asked for water...the night staff took half an hour to bring it despite 3 reminders.

Location next to the mall was very convenient as was its proximity to major attractions.

Great healthy breakfast, accessible central location

Breakfast was very nice and the restaurant staff polite and helpful. 2nd room (after requesting move due to someone smoking) was very nice

Smoking on non-smoking floor had to request room change, not taken seriously, response was slow had to chase several times. Booked home checking with Etihad hotel staff not very accommodating in giving them access to our room, despite us speaking to security. Lift to mall entrance was out of order.

Comfortable and spacious

Very spacious and comfortable apartment. Washing machine big plus. Lots of space for families with kids. If you have a car it’s very centrally located. Access to Wahda Mall for food is a help.

Reception staff are not smiling, or good welcoming. another point I'm not sure if it is based on hotel policy to Get the fees on check in time. Because from my experience the payment will be taken on check out time. Also on arrival I found dust in table and glass however the house keeper cleaned immediately.

Nice hotel at a very convinient location

It was a great view even at level 16 out of 31. Room was spacious, bed was excellent, breakfast was good and staff was very polite and helpful. This was actually the cheapest of all the 5 star hotels we checked and the value for the money spent here is tremendous. We totally recommend!

I love this place.

I stay here almost every time I go to Abu Dhabi. The locations is excellent (conveniently attached to Al Wahda Mall, you can fill the fridge from Lulu's) and shop many other stores, if that is something you like to do. The hotel is conveniently located to other shopping, hospitals, and downtown. The rooms are tastefully decorated, there are bathtubs in every room. Must pay attention to this if you are a bath person, because not all hotels or living accommodations have them.

In all the times I have stayed there, I haven't found one thing I don't like. You do need to pay attention to sports events that are happening at the time of your visit, as the hotel is also attached to a stadium and it can be insanely busy, hotel and traffic wise.

Nothing at all..........

No standards!!!! I left my charger adapter in the room where we checked in, and when i asked them they said it was not there..... They keep saying me that... Then i insist to go up in the room and check it by myself it was really not there... The staff there told me that he already call in the housekeeping dept, lost and found dept too. and they didn't saw anything.... Then suddenly i saw another staff passed by in that room and i ask him if he saw the adapter, he said he saw it and he kept it... My point here is, how come that the five star hotel doesn't have any standard procedure regarding the lost and found of the guest property... No proper communication for all the staff.... I ask for a complaint letter and they just gave me a blank paper and pen and they said u write there... They dont even have a customer comments and suggestions format... Omg!! Incomplete toiletries!!! Very shameful for this 5star hotel!!!!! I will assure you this will be the 1st and last booked that i will made in that hotel!!!!!!

The entire place is sparkly clean..staffs are accommodating and friendly.

The long que while checking in.Well it's understandable cuz it's a 5 star hotel and people choose the right place to stay cuz this area is very accessible to everything plus the fact that it's beside the biggest mall in Abu Dhabi.

Great facilities, very friendly staff and cleanliness is really good.

Got what we paid for.

Location was good and concierge were great.

Room smelled like smoke, was supposed to be a non smoking room. Blanket covers had stains and decorative pillows were ripped.
